About Me
I am a 40 year old cricket coach, based in South Dublin. I have coached for the past 20 years at different levels and in different environments. I have just completed my ECB Level 3 course, and have all the necessary child protection, first aid and insurance certs. I am also garda vetted with Cricket Ireland. Some teams that I have coached in the past include Ireland & Leinster Boy's U13s, Ireland & Leinster Girl's U15s and U17s, and The Dragon's Super 3s. At club level I have coached YMCA, Pembroke, Malahide and Leinster Women's 1sts. I have also coached boys and girls sides in both Leinster CC and YMCA. Schools I have coached in include St. Mary's College, St. Columbus College, The High School Rathgar and Alexandra College. I was awarded the 'Coach of the Year' award for both Leinster and Ireland in 2016.
Frequently Asked Questions
The sessions will be held outdoors at Leinster Cricket Club, in Rathmines.
Every session is 60 minutes long. This gives enough time to make sure the player can properly work on a skill within a single session.
I provide sessions on the basics of wicket keeping. Footwork, hand-eye co-ordination and head position would be covered. If the player is experienced and plays at a high level, I would recommend going to a wicket keeping coach. I can recommend some if requested.
No. Happy to coach anyone!
Yes of course. If you can’t make it just contact me to cancel the session. As much notice as possible would be greatly appreciated.
Yes. As a member of the Cricket Ireland coaching association I am fully insured to coach anyone.

Each one2one session is €25. I accept online payments or cash.
Warm clothes is the most important thing! As the sessions are outdoors players will need to wrap up. If the weather is too extreme we will reschedule the sessions. Depending on what the player wants to work on, they should bring the appropriate cricket equipment. Players should also bring water and their mobile phones, to take notes and for video analysis.
I provide sessions on the basics of spin bowling. If the player is experienced and plays at a high level, I would recommend going to a spin bowling coach. I can recommend some if needed.
